- Equipment available on a first-come first-serve basis.
- University clubs, teams or departments may be able to reserve equipment in advance with approval from the Rental Center Coordinator and may not always be an option.
- Refunds or credit will not be issued for unused or early returned rental equipment. This includes equipment that was reserved and not picked-up by closing time on the day of the reservation.
- Please read the front and back ofÌýour rental agreementÌýas you will need to sign it when you arrive to pick up your rental items.

- Rental equipment can now be picked and dropped off up eitherÌýat the OP loading dock located on the north side of the Rec Center at the very end of parking lot 384 past the canoes and box trailersÌýorÌýin person at the climbing gym front desk.ÌýÌý
- Please call our main desk atÌý303-492-6080Ìýto inform staff that you are headed up Stadium Drive and we will meet you at the loading dock door.
- We encourage renters to inspect rental equipment and ask for use instructions prior to leaving the rental center area.
- You will be asked to sign the rental agreement at this time.
- Only the person renting the equipment can pickup and return theÌýgear.Ìý
- All rental equipment must be returned by the day specified to the OP Rental Center via the loading dock during OP Rental Center open hours listed in the table on the right hand side of this page. Please callÌý303-492-6080Ìýto inform us that you are on Stadium Drive and a staff member will meet you at the loading dock.
- Rental EquipmentÌýcannotÌýbe returned to the cashier desk and must be returned to the OP Rental Center during open hours, not left at the OP desk or back door as we are not responsible for it during closed hours.
- All rental equipment will be inspected for damage and/or missing parts and cleanliness upon return and the Outdoor Program reserves the right to charge your card on file for late fees, cleaning fees, damage or loss.
- Refunds or credit will not be issued for unused or early returned rental equipment. This includes equipment that was reserved and not picked-up by closing time on the day of the reservation.
- In the event a refund is issued, they are only valid for 90 days after rental date. After the 90 day period all fees will be forfeited.
- It is the renter’s responsibility to ask for instruction on how to use the equipment prior to leaving the rental center.Ìý
All rented equipment must be returned on or before the due date established at the time of pick-up during Rental Center Operating Hours. Renter is responsible for any and all damages or loss of the equipment, and any late and/or cleaning fees. This includes paying the University of Colorado Outdoor Program for any damages beyond normal wear and tear while in the renter's possession. Those damages and values will be determined by the CU Outdoor Program personnel. The credit card information that provided at the time of pick-up will be charged for any or all of the following fees:
- LateÌý(daily rental rate)
- CleaningÌý(dependent on item condition)
- Repair costs and/or replacementÌý(full price of item)
All charges are non-contestable.
