Workshops and Groups

Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) offers workshops, in partnership with LearnWell, to help employees learn skills to manage stress, prevent and recover from burnout, develop healthy communication skills for relationships, navigate challenging situations across the adult lifespan, and a variety of other topics.
FSAP additionally offers multiple clinician-led weeklong groups focused on providing employees with non-judgmental and community-oriented gatherings for individuals experiencing a common challenge or experience.
Groups can help people feel less alone and isolated and more connected, informed, and comforted. Groups are closed to enrollment after the start date. Some groups may indicate a requirement for a preliminary screening before the first group to assess for clinical appropriateness and safety.
You must be a professional staff or faculty member at CU Boulder to use FSAP services. All services are free to CU Boulder employees.
FSAP is committed to providing universal access to our services. Please contact adacoordinator@colorado.edu to request disability accommodations. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs.
