Professor Angela Bielefeldt Recognized as President’s Teaching Scholar
Professor Angela R. Bielefeldt was named a 2019 (PTS). She is the fourth PTS from civil, environmental and architectural engineering.
This award is the highest honor for teaching at the university level and recognizes Bielefeldt’s efforts to improve student learning both inside and outside the classroom. Her teaching focuses on engineering education, including subjects such as ethics, social responsibility, sustainability and leadership. Bielefeldt also teaches Environmental Engineering Senior Design course.
