Event Request Form
The purpose of the Event Request Form is to help organizations host events for their constituents. Please fill out all the information below to the best of your knowledge. This form is meant for both free events and events that will require grant funding.Ìý
We recommend that grant requests be made 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure thoughtful event planning and at least 1 month to market the event via email, social media, mailing, etc. For questions, please reach out to alumnivolunteers@colorado.edu.Ìý
Funding will be provided as a direct payment from the Alumni Association to a specific vendor or pre-approved reimbursements to volunteers and/or Chapter/Club affiliates.
