Roger Kennedy, former director of the National Park Service, will give a public lecture on "Burr, Hamilton, and Jefferson: Character, Reputation and Personalities" at 5 p.m. Dec. 3 in the Boulder Public Library Auditorium. Kennedy, director emeritus of the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History, will bring 40 years of insider knowledge of the American political process to the examination of three giants of the early republic: Aaron Burr, Alexander Hamilton, and Thomas Jefferson.
