The University of Colorado at Boulder's Center for Asian Studies and the department of anthropology are presenting 14 films in the South Asian Film Series from October through December. On Tuesday, Oct. 12, two movies in the film series will be shown from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Hale Science Building, room 270. "Tales of Pabuji," is a study of the Rajasthani tradition of story-telling and "Wedding of the Goddess," depicts the celebration of South India's lavish temple festival for Meenakshi, the patron goddess of the city of Madurai, and her brother, Lord Alagar.
