Colorado business optimism is dropping sharply heading into the last three months of 2018, according to the latest Leeds Business Confidence Index (LBCI). That marks the seventh-largest drop since the Leeds Business Research Division at the University of Colorado Boulder started the index more than 15 years ago, says CU Boulder economist Richard Wobbekind.
