The nominating commission of the state supreme court this week nominated three candidates for an upcoming vacancy, one of whom is听CU Boulder law听professor听Melissa Hart. Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper will ultimately choose the appointee within 15 days from Nov. 29, 2017.听
Hart听directs the听听and is a听sought-after expert on employment discrimination, civil procedure and constitutional law.听
She was among three finalists for the Colorado Supreme Court in 2015, as well.听
