In January, more than 40 new employees came together to explore ethics and compliance at CU Boulder as partÌýof the CU Discover Series. The comprehensive, year-long onboarding program sponsored by the Department of Human Resources gives employees at CU Boulder in their first 12 to 18 months of employment the opportunity to learn more about campus values, mission, operations and initiatives.Ìý
