Reporters planning to cover the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals on the University of Colorado at Boulder campus Wednesday, May 22, through Saturday, May 25, should pick up press badges from the pressroom in the Coors Events/Conference Center, room 2.
The pressroom will be open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will provide reporters with competition information and badges allowing reporters in closed events, including the Opening Ceremonies.
Highlights of World Finals events follow:
-Wednesday, May 22, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Opening Ceremonies in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
-Thursday, May 23, 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Friday, May 24, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, May 25, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., World Finals competition in buildings across campus.
-Thursday, May 23, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Float and Banner competition in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
-Friday, May 24, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Graduation Ceremony for student participants missing their school graduations, in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
-Saturday, May 25, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Awards Ceremony in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
While the World Finals competitions are open to the public, the evening ceremonies are intended for Odyssey participants and their families.
