The Residential Experience, or ResX, is a set of strategies intentionally designed to help promote four core components of student development: academic responsibility, community responsibility, social justice responsibility and personal responsibility. Our Educational Priority states: Through one’s journey as a Buff, students will develop their commitment to learning and personal responsibility to be globally conscious members of their CU community and the greater world.

Our Vision

At CU Boulder, students receive an academic experience that connects and spans beyond the classroom. This experience exists whether a student lives in a traditional residence hall, apartment, off campus or within graduate housing. Residence Life is committed to providing student spaces as avenues for growth and development. As a result, students will explore oneself, gain new perspectives, recognize their impact on others, on CU and on the world around them.
