If practiced regularly, meditation teaches a method for feeling calm, easeful, and resilient, even when facing life’s challenges. Meditations are open to students, faculty, staff, and the public. All are welcome and there is no need for past meditation experience. Registration is required if attending virtually. All sessions begin promptly at 12:15 p.m.

This year’s theme focuses on exploring various forms of activism and liberty practices while centering the importance of amplifying voices and enacting equitable change.

Dr. Angela Neal-Barnett, an award-winning psychologist, expert on anxiety among African Americans, and author of “Soothe Your Nerves” will host a conversation on "The Anxiety of Being the Only.” The event aims to provide insights and strategies for managing anxiety and enhancing leadership skills among students and faculty who classify as an "only" at CU Boulder.

Inclusive Rec and the Pride Office invite you to join us for a free Pride Skate Night. All abilities are welcome, no experience necessary. Skate rentals are included.

Beep Baseball adds a spin on baseball that allows people of all visual abilities to compete. Players are guided by sound, not sight—the sound of the beeping ball, buzzing bases and cues from the pitcher. In fact, all Beep Ball athletes are blindfolded except for the sighted pitcher and outfield spotters. This makes the game a unique opportunity for people of all visual abilities to play together.

Ralphie's Cooking Basics is the Basic Needs Center's monthly cooking workshop series, where you can learn how to cook a nutritious meal while meeting fellow Buffs! Registration is required for both virtual and in-person workshops.

CU in the Community is a series of one-time, student-led volunteer projects offered each semester in collaboration with local nonprofit organizations. Projects are based on community needs and include several types of service related to social and environmental justice. All students are invited to participate in the volunteer projects.
