Join Program Council to watch Better Off Dead on the big screen – for free!

This six-hour course covers everything from burns and broken bones to choking and heart attacks. This course also includes adult, infant and junior CPR and AED training.

Join the Pride Office and Outdoor Pursuits and find support, empowerment, laughter, and community while climbing! Trained staff will be there to show you the ropes, offer you a belay and keep the stoke high. This event is free and open to all members of our LGBTQ+ community and allies. Mental Health First Aid training is designed to help individuals assist someone experiencing mental health or substance use concerns or crises. Participants will learn about risk factors and warning signs, engage in experiential activities, discuss professional and self-help resources, and practice a 5-step strategy to provide support.

CU in the Community is a series of one-time, student-led volunteer projects offered each semester in collaboration with local nonprofit organizations. Projects are based on community needs and include several types of service related to social and environmental justice. All students are invited to participate in the volunteer projects.

Ralphie's Cooking Basics is the Basic Needs Center's monthly cooking workshop series, where you can learn how to cook a nutritious meal while meeting fellow Buffs! Registration is required for both virtual and in-person workshops.
