Nutrition Counseling
Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) are able to help with a variety of health concerns. Some nutrition concerns are listed below. Please note that this list is not comprehensive.
- Healthy eating
- Learning to cook and/or feed self
- Disordered eating and eating disorders
- Digestive concerns and gut health
- Prediabetes and diabetes
- Heart health (including high blood pressure and high cholesterol)
- Weight concerns
- Fueling for sports and exercise
Based on your initial assessment with nutrition, the RDN may refer you to other healthcare providers.

Cost and payment
All appointments (60 minutes): $120
Gold SHIP: These visits are covered without a co-pay.
Private insurance: You can request a bill to submit to your insurance.
Appointment cancellation policy
To avoid a charge, please cancel by 5 p.m. the business day before your visit.
You will be charged for a missed visit or late cancellation:
Cancellation charge: $60 for all appointments
