Transfer your prescriptions to the Apothecary Pharmacy on campus for convenient refills and pickup.

If you currently take allergy shots, you can transfer your care to Medical Services through our allergy clinic.Ìý

If you have a chronic health condition, we are here to work with you and your specialist(s) to ensure continuity of care and management of chronic conditions.

Parental Consent for Treatment of a Minor

All students under 18Ìýwill need a signed parental consent form on file to access care from Wardenburg Health Center.Ìý
