Describe one of your favorite traditions.
Cooking and enjoying a Thanksgiving meal with my family, while incorporating some traditional New Mexican elements. My favorite dishes include red chile for the mashed potatoes, stuffing with piñon nuts, and biscochito cookies.
What is an ordinary moment in your life that brings you joy?
I have a Yorkie named Rustin who loves belly rubs. I can’t help but feel totally overjoyed when he plops down and rolls over.
What do you most like to do to unwind?
I love to unwind by baking and listening to one of my favorite true crime podcasts.
Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?
Amsterdam! I loved the people and really enjoyed visiting the Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum, while enjoying copious amounts of fries.  Â
One thing you’re willing to spend way too much on . . .
Home furnishings. HGTV has me hooked. Â
Which TV show do you never miss?
RuPaul’s Drag Race.
