Open Rank Faculty Position in Geotechnical Engineering and Geomechanics

The Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering (CEAE) at the University of Colorado Boulder is currently seeking applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the area of Geotechnical Engineering and Geomechanics. The position is part of a long-term growth plan for the College of Engineering and Applied Science, and we are especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute, through their research, teaching and service, to the diversity and excellence of our academic community. The position is open at all levels, with emphasis on applicants at the assistant professor level.

Open Rank Faculty Positions in Environmental Engineering – Water Sustainability

The Environmental Engineering (EVEN) Program at the University of Colorado Boulder is currently seeking applications for two tenure track faculty positions in the area of Water Sustainability. These positions are part of the long-term growth plans for the program, focusing in this area. These positions will complement two positions filled during the last year and are open at all levels with special consideration given to applicants at the assistant professor level.

Ideally, candidates should have teaching and research interests in environmental analytical chemistry or issues relating to water reuse in the areas of environmental microbiology (e.g., microbial pathogens), toxicology, and systems analysis (e.g., energy and resource recovery).
