Dear Leeds faculty, staff, and students:
Later today, I will announce that the campus is launching a national search for a new dean of the Leeds School of Business, with the goal of announcing the hire no later than the spring semester of 2023.
I will be seeking an experienced, collaborative, and visionary leader who can build on the many strengths of the Leeds School of Business for the benefit of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and all the school’s many stakeholders, and who will take Leeds to the next level of success as one of the nation’s leading schools of business.
I have asked Keith Molenaar, the dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Science, to serve as the search advisory committee chair. The search advisory committee will be composed primarily of faculty, staff, students, and external constituents of the Leeds School of Business, along with representation from other academic units in support of the school.
Nominations and volunteers for the search committee will be accepted at vcaa@colorado.edu through the end of business on Thursday, Aug. 25.
Thank you for your continued vision, energy, and commitment to Leeds and to CU Boulder.
Sincerely,
Russ
